The Mysterious Kidnapping of Holly Bobo
Three years after her skull was found in a bucket, her killers were brought to justice.
Holly Bobo was a nursing student at the University of Tennessee in 2011. Only 20 years old, she had her whole life ahead of her. That was until her brother Clint woke up on the morning of April 13 to the sound of dogs barking from their yard.
At 07:50, he looked outside his bedroom window and saw Holly kneeling on the pavement near their garage. In front of her stood a large man with long, dark hair who was wearing camouflage pants and a hat. He seemed to be arguing with Holly about something.
Clint couldn’t make out exactly what they were saying, but at one point he heard his sister Holly exclaim, “No, why?”
At first, Clint thought it was her boyfriend
Clint initially thought that Holly was actually having a row with her boyfriend, Drew Scott. You see, his sister had woken up early around 04:00 to study for an exam, and her boyfriend was also hunting turkeys in the early hours of that morning nearby. It would have made sense that he would drop by to visit her.
